Exams are conducted at our Pearson VUE authorised test centre in Johannesburg, or via Pearson VUE OnVUE online proctoring from any suitable location. A valid exam voucher is required to book. Purchase a voucher here.
Exam sittings run at 09:00 and 13:00 on scheduled dates. Seats are limited — early booking is recommended.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or official purchase order
- Cancellations made 5 or more business days before the course start date will receive a full credit
- Cancellations within 5 business days of the start date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once
- Thanaserve reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment — affected delegates will be notified at least 3 business days in advance
- Exam vouchers are non-refundable once issued — please confirm your readiness before purchasing
